Structural steel works commence on E100 in Evergreen Business Park.

We are delighted to commence structural steel works on E100 in Evergreen Business Park. E100 is a 64,500 Sq. Ft Grade A Best in Class commercial building with 14 metre clear internal height and a substantial 40 metre deep yard.

Foundations are now complete for E400, which is a 33,000 Sq. Ft commercial building with structural steel due to commence on the 10th of September.

Both are designed to target LEED Gold standard accreditation and BER A3.
