We are delighted to confirm the first letting in Evergreen Business Park of Building E400 to Silverstream Packaging Ltd to facilitate their ongoing expansion in Cork.
Their new building is 33,300 sq. ft. and is designed to Gold LEED / BER A3 standard with clear internal heights of 14m, generous secure yard, vehicle electric charge points, extensive landscaping and state-of-the-art Grade A office space.
The phase one works at Evergreen also include the construction of Building E100 which is 65,000 sq. ft. and all of the roads and infrastructure works for the entire site which is on track to be complete at the end of March.
