We are delighted to confirm our acquisition of the Half Moon Building in the heart of Cork's city centre.

A comprehensive refurbishment is well underway, reimagining the ground‑floor reception with modern meeting rooms, including newly designed upper‑floor lobbies and restrooms, and the creation of a central atrium.

This new atrium will enhance natural light and allow flexible floor subdivision from 5,000 to 12,000 sq. ft, and a river-facing terrace on the fourth floor, available to the entire building.

The upgrades will bring the building’s energy rating to an A3.
